• Clear the Work Area: Please remove all valuables and breakable items within 6 feet of the work area.  While we take great care to protect your home and belongings, moving these items ensures their safety.

• Secure Your Pets: To prevent pets from accidentally escaping when we step outside, please keep them in a safe area away from the work zone.

• Allow the Chimney to Cool: Please refrain from using your chimney for at least 24 hours before our appointment.  A cold appliance is necessary for us to perform our work safely and effectively.
