Clear the Work Area: Please remove all valuables and breakable items within 6 feet of the work area. While we take great care to protect your home and belongings, moving these items ensures their safety.

Secure Your Pets: To prevent pets from accidentally escaping when we step outside, please keep them in a safe area away from the work zone.

Allow the Chimney to Cool: Please refrain from using your chimney for at least 24 hours before our appointment. A cold appliance is necessary for us to perform our work safely and effectively.

How to Verify Your Appointment with The Chimney Meister
To protect our customers from fraud, we have a strict identity verification policy:

Before every visit, we send a confirmation message (text or email)

This includes the exact time of the appointment and a photo ID of Reiner, our only technician

We do not subcontract or send somebody else

If someone showed up claiming to be from The Chimney Meister without this verification,
they were not part of our company.
